Kalafatis Beach is just 300 metres away and easily accessible on foot. Most of Mykonos’ renowned beaches can be reached within 8 minutes by car. Maid service is provided every two days.

Upper Level

The upper level features Master Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Also on this level is a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and direct access to the private pool. The living area includes an indoor dining table and a lounge space with 4K television (Satellite channels and Netflix).

Ground Level

The ground level hosts Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is also located on this level and features a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom.

All interior areas offer direct access to the expansive 100 sqm outdoor patio, where the private pool and breathtaking sea views create the perfect setting for relaxed breakfasts, sunset gatherings, or elegant late-night dining.

Villa Kalafatis Blue is situated in the sought-after Kalafatis area, just 6 minutes (3.2 km) from Ano Mera, the island’s largest traditional village. In Ano Mera, guests will find well-equipped supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, traditional tavernas, cafés, pastry shops, and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

The villa’s prime location also provides easy access to the majority of Mykonos’ famous southern crystal-clear beaches, as well as renowned beach clubs and restaurants, most within a 15-minute drive.
