Rate Details
The above rate includes all legal taxes and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Payment Terms
A 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
This rate is non-refundable and does not allow free cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, 30% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
For cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full amount (100%) will be charged.

Maximum Occupancy
The villa can accommodate up to 9 guests.

Children Policy
Children are charged as adults.
